Plans for the $45 million complex were announced more than three years ago, according to previous reporting<\/a>. At the time, construction was slated to start in March 2023.<\/p>\n According to the website, ground was broken in April and construction went vertical<\/a> in October. No timetable was listed for the completion of the project.<\/p>\n Zooming in <\/strong><\/p>\n A filing<\/a> with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows the project was registered on July 27, 2022, with construction scheduled to begin that fall.<\/p>\n The estimated completion date was July 2025, which includes three buildings, parking garages and a clubhouse\/leasing office, according to the state document.<\/p>\n What else? <\/strong><\/p>\n The complex’s website states Resia North City will be two mid-rise buildings with 464 units<\/a> that has modern finishes and a range of quality amenities. There will be a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool and a multipurpose room for apartment residents.<\/p>\n
