(CNS) \u2014 Southbound lanes along Interstate 5 near Del Mar Heights Road have reopened following an hours-long closure Friday due to police activity. <\/p>\n<p>Around 8:20 p.m., police took the distressed man into custody who caused traffic to be shut down in both directions near Del Mar Heights Road. <\/p>\n<p>The incident began at 11:30 a.m. Friday. Initially, just the northbound side was closed.
