A witness reported that a light-colored Mitsubishi SUV then hit her.<\/p>\n<p>According to SAPD, the driver got out of the SUV and tried to help the woman to her feet but left before officers arrived.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. Police said she was last listed in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p>If the driver is found, they will be charged with collision involving injury, SAPD said.
