Officials say <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/texas-hill-country-severe-floods\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">dozens have died<\/a>\u00a0as catastrophic floods continue to ravage the Hill Country.<\/p>\n<p>While officials emphasize that not all are confirmed missing \u2014 some may simply be unreachable due to storm-related communication outages \u2014 the uncertainty has left families anxiously awaiting updates.<\/p>\n<p>According to the camp&#8217;s website, children become eligible to attend Camp Mystic \u2014 located in Hunt, Texas, along the Guadalupe River \u2014 after completing the second grade.<\/p>\n<p>North Texas girls among missing<\/p>\n<p>One of the missing Camp Mystic girls is Hadley Hanna, 8, from Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/hadley-hanna.png#.png\" alt=\"hadley-hanna.png \" height=\"418\" width=\"620\" class=\" lazyload\"  loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                  Hadley Hanna of Dallas is among the girls reported missing from Camp Mystic following the Central Texas flash floods.<\/p>\n<p>Other missing Camp Mystic girls from North Texas included Eloise Peck and Lila Bonner, 9, from Dallas. Several children have already been rescued from trees and other stranded locations.<\/p>\n<p>Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick has publicly reassured families, stating that the state is doing &#8220;everything humanly possible&#8221; to locate and bring the campers to safety.<\/p>\n<p>State leaders promise full commitment<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I want all of you to know, we will do everything humanly possible 24\/7 \u2014 looking at every tree, overturning every rock, whatever it takes \u2014 if your child is one of those truly missing and not just out of touch, to find your daughter,&#8221; Patrick said, addressing families of the missing girls.<\/p>\n<p>Families turn to social media<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, families of the missing girls have turned to social media, sharing photos and heartfelt messages in hopes of gathering any information.
