{"id":429286,"date":"2025-12-06T17:55:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-06T17:55:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/429286\/"},"modified":"2025-12-06T17:55:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-06T17:55:11","slug":"good-chicken-restaurant-with-crispy-saucy-korean-flare-opens-in-jersey-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/429286\/","title":{"rendered":"Good Chicken restaurant with &#8216;crispy, saucy&#8217; Korean flare opens in Jersey City"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"6ECPCFR5BVFKHGMUQT3RJM37LQ\"><a href=\"https:\/\/goodchickenusa.com\/#Locations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/goodchickenusa.com\/#Locations\">Good Chicken<\/a> opened its second location Friday in Jersey City, expanding from its original Montclair restaurant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"OXXSZSALC5H3BFPYKL5YC65PUE\">The new restaurant is located at 424 Grand St. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"CN7V3GAEFFD3BAUTCNWMEKM75I\">A grand opening celebration is scheduled for Dec. 12, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DR3tcuhDiOS\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DR3tcuhDiOS\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\">according to a social media post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"5Y5RZFLRJVAJVB2QK63V4HVLGU\">The Korean-style chicken spot serves what the restaurant describes as \u201ccrispy, saucy\u201d fried chicken. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"L4YPWDPIOBBPXICY3MM4NRIGME\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/goodchickenusa.com\/#Menu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/goodchickenusa.com\/#Menu\">menu<\/a> includes Korean-style fried chicken with extra-crunchy crust, juicy wings and drumsticks, and glazed chicken, a fried chicken coated in sticky-sweet, mildly spicy Korean glaze.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"VIJVQK6RXBE2ZNVWCJ3Z4NL5EA\">They also offer a soy-garlic chicken, according to the menu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"EHQWSHU3BBHRNFI4LAJACKJ3RA\">Good Chicken\u2019s first <a href=\"https:\/\/goodchickenusa.com\/#Locations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/goodchickenusa.com\/#Locations\">location<\/a> opened at 114 Bloomfield Ave. in Montclair. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"4FHJYE5WDNFPVLMGXSGHIJOMZA\">That restaurant offers dine-in and takeout service, with hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and operates until 9 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Good Chicken opened its second location Friday in Jersey City, expanding from its original Montclair restaurant.
