New poll shows big gap with U.S. average"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;right:0;bottom:0;width:100%;height:100%;z-index:2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/87524278007.jpg\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"vidplayicon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gannett-cdn.com\/appservices\/universal-web\/universal\/icons\/icon-play-alt-white.svg\" alt=\"play\" style=\"height:40px;margin:auto 18px auto 27px;width:40px\"\/><\/p>\n<p>President Trump vows to scrap Biden\u2019s executive orders signed by autopen<\/p>\n<p>In a post to Truth Social, U.S. President Donald Trump said former president Joe Biden was \u2018not involved\u2019 in the autopen process and threatened to bring him up on \u2018charges of perjury&#8217; if he says he was.<\/p>\n<p>CBC English<\/p>\n<p>Considered one of the Big Three Democratic strongholds, it\u2019s no surprise where New York lands in the latest <a href=\"http:\/\/civiqs.com\/results\/approve_president_trump_2025?uncertainty=true&amp;zoomIn=true&amp;annotations=true&amp;map=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Civiqs<\/a> approval rating of President Donald Trump\u2019s second term.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report released Nov. 29, 31% of registered voters in New York approve of the job <a href=\"http:\/\/civiqs.com\/results\/approve_president_trump_2025?uncertainty=true&amp;zoomIn=true&amp;annotations=true&amp;map=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> is doing in his second term, while 64% disapprove and 5% remain undecided.<\/p>\n<p>How New York compares to the nation<\/p>\n<p>Nationwide, the poll shows that 39% of American voters approve of Trump\u2019s performance, 56% disapprove, and 4% remain undecided. This places New York below the national average in support for the president.<\/p>\n<p>States with lowest Trump approval<\/p>\n<p>While New York ranks low, it is not the least supportive state. That distinction goes to Hawaii, where just 21% approve of Trump\u2019s job performance, 76% disapprove, and 3% are undecided. Vermont follows with 23% approval and 73% disapproval, and Maryland shows 25% approval and 71% disapproval.<\/p>\n<p>States with highest Trump approval<\/p>\n<p>On the other end of the spectrum, Wyoming shows the strongest support for Trump, with 66% approving, 31% disapproving, and 4% undecided.
