EastEnders\u2019 Anthony Trueman<\/a> sets alarm bells ringing this December, as Chelsea, Patrick and Yolande notice that he\u2019s acting out of sorts. Will the trio\u2019s observations lead them to uncover Anthony\u2019s secrets?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not been long since Anthony returned to Albert Square, but he\u2019s already been up to no good behind his family\u2019s back. Several weeks ago, viewers saw him making a clandestine phone call<\/a> in the caf\u00e9, where he urged the person on the other end not to tell his dad what was really going on.<\/p>\n

This mysterious call has seemingly now been explained, when Howie did some digging this week and discovered that Anthony\u2019s ex-wife Sophie has taken out a restraining order against him<\/a> and he can\u2019t see his kids.<\/p>\n

The whole family eventually found out about Anthony\u2019s dark secret, and Patrick in particular was furious<\/a> that he hadn\u2019t been honest about the breakdown of his marriage.<\/p>\n

Together with the reveal of Howie\u2019s theft and blackmail secrets<\/a>, it\u2019s likely that tensions will be high between the Fox-Trueman clan in the run up to Christmas. But in the coming weeks, Anthony\u2019s concerning change in behaviour is picked up on by those who know him best\u2026<\/p>\n

“The Truemans start to focus in on Anthony,” explains our Walford insider. “It goes without saying that they\u2019re one wise bunch, particularly when it comes to their own flesh and blood.<\/p>\n

“In Patrick\u2019s case, he\u2019s already contacted Anthony\u2019s ex-wife, Sophie, so we know for sure that he\u2019s not one to turn a blind eye when it comes to his son\u2019s personal business.<\/p>\n

“Plus, Chelsea and Yolande have a strong track record when it comes to sussing things out, so Anthony should tread carefully if he\u2019d rather not draw attention to himself\u2026”<\/p>\n

There is also still speculation that Anthony could be behind the frightening threats being sent to Zoe. He has provided his ex with a shoulder to cry on, but a worrying scene saw him looking at a slideshow of photos of Zoe<\/a>, which fuelled this sinister theory.<\/p>\n

As the Truemans unite in their apprehension, will Anthony find a way to convince his clan that all is well? Or will they stick to their guns and push for answers?<\/p>\n

These scenes will air on Wednesday, 17 December.<\/strong><\/p>\n
