He has a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and a black beanie.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who has seen Figueroa or knows of his whereabouts was asked to contact the sheriff\u2019s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
