\n\tThe Los Angeles Film Critics Association<\/a> (LAFCA<\/a>) convened this weekend to vote for the winners of its 51st awards ceremony.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter announcing Philip Kaufman as the recipient of its Career Achievement Award, LAFCA Awards<\/a> voting took place on Sunday, ahead of the awards ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 10 at the Biltmore Hotel.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt last year\u2019s LAFCA Awards, Anora won Best Picture before going on to win the same award at the 97th Academy Awards.<\/p>\n

\n\tFounded in 1975, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association is composed of LA-based professional film critics working in the local print and electronic media. LAFCA members hold their annual awards vote, honoring screen excellence on both sides of the camera.<\/p>\n
