TheWrap will update the list of winners as they are announced.<\/p>\n<p>In the first award of the day, Adolpho Veloso won the cinematography prize for \u201cTrain Dreams,\u201d with Autumn Durald Akapaw the runner-up for \u201cSinners.\u201d Kangding Ray won the music award for \u201cSir\u0101t,\u201d with Ludwig G\u00f6ransson the runner-up for \u201cSinners.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSinners\u201d continued its run through the below-the-line categories with a win for its production designer, Hannah Beachler, who edged out Tamara Deverell for \u201cFrankenstein.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the LAFCA best-film award has gone on to win the Oscar for Best Picture only 13 times in the 50 years the group has been voting, but five of those matches have come in the past 10 years, with \u201cSpotlight\u201d in 2015, \u201cMoonlight\u201d in 2016, \u201cParasite\u201d in 2019, \u201cEverything Everywhere All at Once\u201d in 2022 and \u201cAnora\u201d last year. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In other LAFCA categories, four winners and three runners-up went on to receive the Oscar.
