Do you think you put yourself in a tomboy box when you were growing up? Or is there another reason you didn\u2019t really experiment until college?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I definitely was a tomboy in high school, but I still wore dresses to the dances or anything that you\u2019re supposed to dress formally for. Now I\u2019m more [into] a two-piece or a suit. But definitely growing up, I didn\u2019t really have a whole bunch of friends that were super into like beauty. Now, my little sister is super into beauty\u2014she does full makeup routines, whole hair routines, and she watches all the YouTube videos. So I really go to her for beauty advice. Most of my friends, all we did was just play basketball. So that\u2019s kind of all I knew growing up.<\/p>\n

Is there anything you picked up from your sister?<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to use a curling iron, and how to make waves with a flatiron. I really just knew how to flatiron my hair and make it like bone straight.<\/p>\n

What about your teammates?<\/strong><\/p>\n

[UConn\u2019s] Jana El Alfy had like this strenuous, long skin-care routine that she taught me in college. I don\u2019t currently use it right now, but it was a whole bunch of \u200b\u200bLa Roche-Posay<\/a> products. CeraVe<\/a> was also used in the skin-care routine. There\u2019s obviously the foaming cleanser<\/a>, the moisturizer\u2026. I don\u2019t remember the exact process right now, but I just remember her teaching me a whole skin-care routine.<\/p>\n

Before she was traded to the Minnesota Lynx, you were on the Dallas Wings with DiJonai Carrington. I\u2019ve seen her skills with game-day makeup and the makeover<\/a> she did with Natisha Hiedeman<\/a>. Have you picked up anything from her?<\/strong><\/p>\n

She wants to beautify me and do the whole makeup routine and glam session. We haven\u2019t yet. Maybe at Unrivaled we can get to that. But I think the advice I got from her would be to use this product called One\/Size. It\u2019s the setting spray<\/a> that she uses, and everybody\u2019s like, \u201cYour makeup always sticks during the game. How does it stay?\u201d One\/Size was the product that she uses.<\/p>\n
