SAN ANTONIO \u2014 Nearly 15 years after Pauline Diaz vanished, her family says they refuse to give up hope.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On Sunday, relatives gathered outside the H-E-B on Southeast Military Drive and Goliad Road \u2014 the last place Diaz was seen on surveillance video walking to her truck before she disappeared.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just want the public to know she has not been forgotten, and we\u2019re not gonna stop searching for her,\u201d Juanita Diaz, Pauline’s Daughter said during the gathering.<\/p>\n
Diaz, a mother, grandmother and longtime H-E-B employee, was last seen leaving work on Dec. 7, 2010.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Days later, her white Toyota Tacoma was found abandoned in Wilson County with her purse inside.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The truck was discovered near the home of her estranged husband. Family members say Diaz was in the process of filing for divorce at the time. He was once named a person of interest, but authorities never filed charges.<\/p>\n
Several tips have surfaced over the years, including one that prompted a ground search in 2021. No evidence was found.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just can\u2019t believe that it\u2019s going on 15 years and still nothing,\u201d Juanita Diaz said.<\/p>\n
Despite the lack of answers, Diaz\u2019s family has remained vocal \u2014 urging the public to come forward with information and working with nonprofit groups to revive interest in the case.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Last year, Search and Support San Antonio created an AI-generated video of Diaz telling her story with language approved by her family. Season of Justice, another nonprofit, funded a billboard in Floresville near where her truck was found.<\/p>\n

Her daughters say they hope the renewed attention will lead to new tips.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s what I ask from the public \u2014 bring Pauline home. Don\u2019t be afraid to call in anonymously. Please help her come home,\u201d said daughter Juanita Diaz.<\/p>\n
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.\u00a0<\/p>\n
