{"id":433191,"date":"2025-12-08T12:07:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T12:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/433191\/"},"modified":"2025-12-08T12:07:14","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T12:07:14","slug":"investor-and-youtube-personality-ben-mallah-sells-orange-park-bjs-wholesale-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/433191\/","title":{"rendered":"Investor and YouTube personality Ben Mallah sells Orange Park BJ\u2019s Wholesale Club"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"h879238-p1\" class=\"permalinkable\">Real estate investor and YouTube personality Ben Mallah sold the BJ\u2019s Wholesale Club property in Orange Park on Dec. 1 for $13.5 million.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h879238-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">The 109,895-square-foot retail center and gas station is at 560 Blanding Blvd., about 2.7 miles south of the Orange Park Mall.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h879238-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">Built in 2000, the club sits on 10.23 acres.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h879238-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">Mallah, whose company is Equity Management Partners Inc. in Largo near St. Petersburg, sold the BJ\u2019s through Blanding Blvd BJ\u2019S LLC.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h879238-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">The buyer was L.V.M. Corp. in Chicago, led by Virendra Patel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h879238-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\">L.V.M.
