He brings up the budget crisis and Donald Trump in explaining the city\u2019s failures, but there wasn\u2019t a budget crisis in 2022-2023 nor a president named Trump in 2022-2023. For some reason, lack of action and results are always blamed on other factors, instead of elected leaders being responsible for their inaction and owning up to missed targets.<\/p>\n<p>Another lawsuit is on the horizon if recommendations for results are not presented by Dec. 31. Will our City Council be able to work that fast on this issue?
