Courses are matched with collector-level vintages, including the night\u2019s headliner: Eagle Rare 25, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottle that typically retails for about $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>The evening begins at 7 p.m. and ends on a sweet note with an Espresso-Orange Paris-Brest.
