Julianne Hough put her sculpted abs on full display while taking a selfie in a sauna.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDancing With the Stars\u201d host sported a tiny yellow bikini in an Instagram Story she posted Tuesday. Hough, 37, angled the camera down as sweat glistened on her body. <\/p>\n

Her blemish-free skin was also on display as she stared straight into the camera.<\/p>\n

Hough added a yellow heart emoji to her post to match her swimwear.<\/p>\n

The dancer is clearly a fan of sweating out in saunas. Last June, she flaunted her fit figure in a brown bikini<\/a> as she did stretches inside of a sauna and shared the video with her Instagram followers.<\/p>\n

Hough revealed that she works out at least five days a week, including walking around the hills with her dog, in an interview with E! News<\/a> last March.<\/p>\n

\u201cMovement in general, whether it\u2019s 10 minutes or five minutes of something, I have to move my body,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

She shared that she makes it a point to focus on her energy as well.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDancing With the Stars\u201d host has previously shared pictures and video of herself sweating it out in a sauna.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the age of energetic health, because if you can change your energy, then you can change your mindset, and then you can change your physicality,\u201d she explained. \u201cWe\u2019ve been going about it the other way, which is: If I\u2019m physical, then my body is going to look good. But if you focus more on your energy, then you get fitness as a plus.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hough previously defended her bikini body<\/a> when fans expressed concern about her appearance after she posted a spa day video in October 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy body has never been healthier,\u201d Hough said. \u201cI was full of inflammation in my 20\u2019s and had a marker for an auto immune that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said that she\u2019s also \u201cmade it a huge priority to accept, express, process and release a lot of emotions over the years\u201d because \u201cgrief, loss, sadness and fear also get stored in the body.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cSafe Haven\u201d star later directly addressed trolls telling her to \u201cgo eat a cheeseburger\u201d by posting a video of herself doing just that.<\/p>\n
