New York’s 10th Congressional District encompasses Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Gowanus, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, and Sunset Park. The district also contains parts of Borough Park and Bay Ridge and all of Prospect Park. In addition, NY-10 covers Governors Island.<\/p>\n
