AP<\/p>\n<p>General manager Mathieu Darche has just one item left on his to-do list: re-signing Max Tsyplakov before arbitration. <\/p>\n<p>The Russian wing filed for arbitration before Saturday\u2019s deadline, and a hearing will be scheduled between July 20 and Aug. 4.
