DCPI<\/p>\n<p>Jacob was nowhere to be found in late September and early October when child welfare officials \u2013 and later police \u2013 swept the Howard Avenue home where he was believed to have lived with his mom, the sources said.<\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline Pritchett allegedly flew into a rage during one NYPD visit and claimed she lived alone with no children, according to the sources.<\/p>\n<p>Jacob was nowhere to be found in late September and early October when child welfare officials.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives ultimately brought a K9 dog into the apartment, which detected traces of human blood in or around the refrigerator, the sources said.<\/p>\n<p>But investigators found no signs of the boy \u2014 who neighbors claimed hadn\u2019t been seen for about two months, cops and sources said.<\/p>\n<p>Following that visit, Jacqueline was taken to the hospital, where she was considered an \u201cemotionally disturbed person,\u201d the sources said.<\/p>\n<p>About a week later, the NYPD swept the High Acres Landfill in Fairport, Western New York \u2013 more than 300 miles from the Brownsville home \u2013 for any signs of the boy,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/13wham.com\/news\/local\/police-searching-monroe-county-landfill-for-missing-boy-from-brooklyn-new-york-state-police-high-acres-landfill-perinton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to WHAM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline Pritchett allegedly flew into a rage during one NYPD visit and claimed she lived alone with no children, according to the sources.
