REEDSBURG, Wis.\u00a0\u2014 The Reedsburg Area Medical Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday for its new La Valle Clinic, which will serve the La Valle community and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n
This new clinic, located at S1429 State Highway 33\/58 near the La Valle Telephone Cooperative building, is open Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n
Basic on-site lab and primary care visits are welcomed, and there are future plans to introduce pharmacy support. Nurse Practitioner Amanda McAfee and Dr. Garret Tesman are seeing patients.<\/p>\n
The clinic was developed through a partnership with the telephone cooperative as part of its new facility, creating a convenient, centralized location for community members to access healthcare.<\/p>\n
Local leaders and community members gathered at the ceremony to celebrate this milestone and tour the new clinic.<\/p>\n
The public has been invited to an open house next week Wednesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n
