Kathy Hochul, Attorney General Letitia James and State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli in their bids for reelection. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"GBUEQDNQ6JHNREXEF52M67C4DQ\">Party Chair Charles D. Fall announced the endorsements, saying they reflect the party\u2019s commitment to supporting leaders who deliver for Staten Island families.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"5F2BRR4GPVH7JLKBADUYAMW2SI\">\u201cThe endorsement of this slate is rooted in the values our community cares about,\u201d Fall said. \u201cStaten Islanders want leaders who protect working families, defend fairness, and put people first. Governor Hochul, Attorney General James and Comptroller DiNapoli have shown that time and again.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"ZQLJOBSKA5B6FOPJOQUKTOUGSM\">Hochul said she was proud to receive the support as she continues working to make New York safer and more affordable. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"BAMZKGSPNZB4PNZUGNW65L3QUM\">\u201cWhile Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans in D.C. jack up prices and rip away health care, I will keep standing up for New Yorkers and working to put money back in their pockets,\u201c the governor stated. \u201dI look forward to building on the progress we\u2019ve made and continue delivering results for every family in Richmond County and across our state.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"ONTGKFCGLVEKLLIJEBPN7BLJAQ\">Attorney General Letitia James also highlighted her affordability plan, citing her time fighting unfair landlords and corporations, while defending workers. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"ASO723QNJZF3PK3AGC7AQOPPIA\">\u201cI am humbled to earn the support of the Richmond County Democratic Party. As attorney general, I\u2019ve fought predatory landlords, taken on corporations that drive up costs, and worked to make New York more affordable for all who live here,\u201d James said. \u201cI\u2019ve held opioid manufacturers accountable and defended workers cheated out of wages. I will continue to protect New Yorkers on Staten Island and across our state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"432WV5K3Q5BGTKY2D2U7HACWH4\">DiNapoli emphasized his role protecting retirement funds and auditing government contracts responsibly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"XAPHNTOHMJBGXJ4EB4NAEJC2M4\">\u201cI am honored to have the support of Assemblymember Charles Fall and the Richmond County Democratic Party.
