Kaia Gerber is leaving Soho. The New York Post reports<\/a> that the model\u2013actress\u2013book clubber has listed her loft on Mercer Street for $5.79 million.<\/p>\n Gerber\u00a0bought the 2,000-square-foot two-bed, 2.5-bath apartment at 72 Mercer in 2018 for $3.95 million. Per the Post, she oversaw a recent renovation herself,\u00a0putting in new white oak floors and completely redoing the kitchen, which is a Bulthaup design that comes with Sub-Zero, Gaggenau, and Miele appliances. A private elevator opens into the living room, which has a working gas fireplace. The space\u00a0looks like the kind of neutral-tone blank slate favored by other model-actresses. (The supermodel mom and Casamigos-dad money likely helped here, too.) Corcoran has the listing<\/a>, which has apparently been sitting around for a while \u2014\u00a0it first went up back in September. Maybe that\u2019s why they talked to the Post?\u00a0<\/p>\n \n The apartment has 11-foot ceilings and new white oak floors as featured in this listing photo. Gerber is apparently moving to Los Angeles full time after going back to film with Ryan Murphy for The Shards.
