The shooters remain on the run.<\/p>\n<p>The NYPD says two unidentified men were outside an event venue.  &#8220;Both individuals displayed firearms and discharged multiple rounds toward a crowd gathered outside,&#8221; Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch told reporters Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Exclusive surveillance video obtained by NBC New York shows several people running to get away from the gunfire. One neighbor told News 4 that he heard about 20 shots fired. The neighbor says he and his daughter got on the floor and ducked. The shooting happened shortly after 1:00 AM Sunday morning on Atlantic Ave. and Ashford St.<\/p>\n<p>The victims&#8217; ages range between 15 and 17, Tisch said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m just in shock,&#8221; neighbor Jesus Garcia said. &#8220;That&#8217;s bad&#8230; nowdays, the way the young people are going it\u2019s crazy. It\u2019s really crazy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say the motive is unknown, though they believe it appears to be gang-related.
