The company called the North Texas expansion \u201ca milestone in its strategic expansion across high-growth U.S. markets and its continued mission to elevate coffee culture globally.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Dallas facility is equipped with Lavazza\u2019s most advanced espresso, brewing, and coffee innovation equipment, and will serve as a hub for industry professionals, Lavazza partners, baristas, distributors, and coffee enthusiasts throughout the Southwest. It will support \u201chands-on training, certification, menu development, and emerging coffee trends,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-282957\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Lavazza_training-1210256-970-1-e1765844848833.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"970\" height=\"574\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-282957\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lavazza\u2019s Dallas training center. [Photo: Lavazza]<\/p>\n<p>Daniele Foti, VP of marketing at Lavazza North America, called Dallas one of the fastest-growing hospitality and culinary markets in the country, and said it represents \u201ca tremendous opportunity\u201d for his company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur investment in this new training center demonstrates our commitment to the region and to the partners who bring the Lavazza experience to life every day,\u201d Foti added in a statement. \u201cDallas is a city of innovation and high standards, and we\u2019re excited to deepen our roots here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lavazza has seven training centers in its home country of Italy and dozens more worldwide. It said its network is recognized as the largest of its kind and serves culinary professionals, distributors, hospitality leaders and coffee lovers who seek advanced expertise and training.<\/p>\n<p>The Dallas center will play \u201ca key role\u201d in advancing this mission by offering hands-on workshops, SCA-certified pathways, and creative programming that reflect both local market needs and global coffee trends, Lavazza said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-282958\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Lavazza_training-12102517-970-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"970\" height=\"647\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-282958\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">[Photo: Lavazza]<\/p>\n<p>On Dallas\u2019 \u201cever-evolving coffee scene\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Lavazza partners with an array of well-known hospitality groups and restaurants in Dallas. The new training center will support and expand relationships with customers including Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, Coury Hospitality Group, Al Biernat\u2019s Steakhouse, and Vandelay Hospitality, along with a growing roster of partners across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Lavazza also began serving Fort Worth-based American Airlines. It\u2019s an investment in the people, the talent, and the creativity that make this market so dynamic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Founded in Turin in 1895, Lavazza has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations.
