Manchester United fans instantly dropped a powerful reaction to Bryan Mbeumo after the Red Devils star\u2019s Premier League performance against Bournemouth at Old Trafford.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Red Devils were last in Premier League action at the Molineux last Monday, with Manchester United thumping relegation-threatened Wolves<\/a> 4-1 on the day.<\/p>\n

However, United\u2019s second-half showing against Wolves<\/a> was far better than their first, with the Red Devils blowing their 1-0 lead before half-time at the Molineux.<\/p>\n

Bruno Fernandes<\/a> opened the scoring in the first half before Jean-Ricner Bellegarde scored an equaliser for Wolves, with United picking up momentum after the break.<\/p>\n

Bryan Mbeumo<\/a> netted for United<\/a> after the break before Mason Mount<\/a> scored for United and Bruno Fernandes returned to complete his brace against Wolves.<\/p>\n

United returned to action on Monday evening and the Red Devils welcomed Bournemouth to Old Trafford<\/a> for their latest Premier League encounter.<\/p>\n

Bryan Mbeumo started for Manchester United in his final match for the Red Devils before heading off to represent Cameroon at the 2025 AFCON tournament.<\/p>\n

United fans<\/a> on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, are convinced that Mbeumo should have been subbed off instead of Mason Mount in the match.<\/p>\n

One United fan said: \u201cMbeumo [has] been wasteful this evening, would [have] been tempted to leave [Mason] Mount on and hooked him [off] instead!\u201d<\/p>\n

Someone else added: \u201cHow many chances do we have to waste before Amorim knows that Mbeumo needs time off?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMbeumo is off [it]. Mount was doing better,\u201d another posted.<\/p>\n

While a fourth Red Devils supporter claimed: \u201cMbeumo should have been out instead of Mount. He\u2019s been obviously off for a while now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMbeumo has been shocking today, surprised he stayed on and Mount came off,\u201d a fifth X user wrote.<\/p>\n

Somebody else suggested: \u201cMbeumo\u2019s finishing [has] been off tonight. Mount deserved to stay on over him.\u201d<\/p>\n

And a seventh tweeted: \u201cShould have booted Mbeumo instead of Mount.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAmorim should\u2019ve subbed Mbeumo out instead of Mount. Just saying,\u201d an eighth commented.<\/p>\n

What happened in Man Utd vs Bournemouth in the Premier League clash at Old Trafford?<\/strong><\/p>\n

United took the lead inside the opening 15 minutes after Amad Diallo<\/a> converted from close range with a header, only for VAR to intervene to review a potential offside.<\/p>\n

VAR ruled that there was no offside during Amad Diallo\u2019s first-half opener and United\u2019s advantage over Bournemouth stood in Monday evening\u2019s clash.<\/p>\n

Bournemouth hit back late in the first half after United-linked Antoine Semenyo<\/a> scored a stunning low strike past Senne Lammens<\/a> from the right side of the box.<\/p>\n

United restored their lead deep into first-half injury time after a Bruno Fernandes corner found Casemiro<\/a>, who headed home from close range at the back post.<\/p>\n

Bournemouth made a huge impact against United after the break, with the Cherries finding the equaliser only a minute into the second half after Evanilson scored.<\/p>\n

Evanilson\u2019s equaliser provided Bournemouth with major momentum and Marcus Tavernier scored a low free-kick effort past Senne Lammens eight minutes later.<\/p>\n

Fernandes found an equaliser for United from a free-kick in the 77th minute before Matheus Cunha<\/a> fired the Red Devils into the lead only two minutes later.<\/p>\n

However, United\u2019s advantage lasted only five minutes at Old Trafford after Eli Junior Kroupi netted for Bournemouth to pull the Cherries level against the Red Devils.<\/p>\n
