CHICAGO (WLS) — A wild apparent road rage incident was caught on video on Monday on Chicago’s Southwest Side.<\/p>\n

The woman who recorded it tells ABC7 one driver tried to run over the other. And at one point, an ax was thrown.<\/p>\n

All of this happened near South Archer and South Meade avenues in the city’s Garfield Ridge neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The witness described why she recorded what happened.<\/p>\n

“If I just tell this story, no one’s going to believe me. Like, this guy started road rage, ends up getting an ax thrown at his back. Then, he gets his car stolen,” she said.<\/p>\n

Both men were taken from the scene in an ambulance.<\/p>\n
