Blood donated locally with Carter BloodCare stays local to treat Texas patients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Children\u2019s Lighthouse and Carter BloodCare host January blood drive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Residents can begin donating at age 16 with parental consent; those 17 and older can donate independently with Carter BloodCare.
