It was like the secret social media\/diary for fit people\u2014weirdly captivating, revealing, and motivating. I have smashed a barbell against it more times than I can count, and it has prevailed. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"22\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">In my opinion, Whoop is worth it specifically for performance athletes who want to hold themselves accountable, but the price is steep for someone who is passively into health and fitness. There is so much interesting health data to be mined in the app, which I find to be very navigable and well designed. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"23\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Whoop is most worth my money when I am actively marathon training (zone fitness) and preparing for competitions. It feels expensive when I am not in a dedicated training season\/when I am not actively using all of its features.
