Each Dodgers player earned $484,748 for the 2025 playoff run, the league revealed Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe total postseason bonus pool was $128.2 million, a tick below last year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportico.com\/leagues\/baseball\/2024\/mlb-playoff-pool-record-dodgers-yankees-1234817402\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">record $129.1 million<\/a>, which topped the previous high-water mark in 2023 by 20%. The Dodgers\u2019 allotment was $46.15 million, or 36% of the total, as defined by the collective bargaining agreement. From that, the team awarded 82 full shares, 12.5 partial shares and cash awards worth $340,000.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"c-lazy-image__img lrv-u-background-color-grey-lightest lrv-u-width-100p lrv-u-display-block lrv-u-height-auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportico.com\/wp-content\/themes\/vip\/pmc-sportico-2020\/assets\/public\/lazyload-fallback.gif\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SJoLv-mlb-postseason-pool-winner-s-share-.png\" alt=\"\" data-lazy- data-lazy- height=\"796\" width=\"1024\" decoding=\"async\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tA full share was worth slightly more than last year\u2019s $477,441, when the club handed out 96.5 full or partial shares. The MLB record was $516,347 in 2022 when the Houston Astros had 59 full shares.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe Blue Jays received 24% of the playoff bonus pool, or $30.76 million. Toronto issued 70 full shares and 15.44 partial shares. A full share was worth $354,118.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe bonus pool is comprised of 60% of gate receipts from the minimum number of games in each series (two games in the Wild Card round, three in the Division Series, and four each in the League Championship Series and World Series). Teams can allocate their share of the pool as they see fit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe 2024 pool was a record, with the Dodgers and New York Yankees reaching the World Series, where ticket prices soared. This year\u2019s Fall Classic was also destined to juice the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sportico.com\/leagues\/baseball\/2025\/world-series-mlb-playoff-earnings-dodgers-blue-jays-1234874776\/\">postseason pot<\/a>. The Dodgers generate the most per-game ticket revenue in the sport, thanks to having the only MLB stadium with a capacity of 50,000 or more, and ticket prices that are neck-and-neck with the Yankees for the highest in baseball. The Blue Jays are also a top-10 team for gate after their recent $300 million renovation of Rogers Centre.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"c-lazy-image__img lrv-u-background-color-grey-lightest lrv-u-width-100p lrv-u-display-block lrv-u-height-auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportico.com\/wp-content\/themes\/vip\/pmc-sportico-2020\/assets\/public\/lazyload-fallback.gif\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/24hob-mlb-postseason-pool-2.png\" alt=\"\" data-lazy- data-lazy- height=\"859\" width=\"1024\" decoding=\"async\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFull shares for other 2025 MLB playoff teams were $182,376 (Seattle Mariners), $168,853 (Milwaukee Brewers), $52,044 (Philadelphia Phillies), $48,741 (Chicago Cubs), $47,318 (Yankees), $46,865 (Detroit Tigers), $11,528 (Cincinnati Reds), $11,057 (Cleveland Guardians), $10,711 (San Diego Padres) and $9,347 (Boston Red Sox).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe payouts don\u2019t move the needle for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportico.com\/personalities\/athletes\/2025\/mlb-highest-paid-players-2025-soto-ohtani-1234843642\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MLB\u2019s highest-paid players<\/a>, with this year\u2019s top 15 earning a combined $745 million from salaries and endorsements.
