Cesar Ramirez\u2019s Cesar at 333 Hudson St. just earned a second Michelin star. Lighting-rod young chef Flynn McGarry\u2019s Cove opened in October at 285 W. Houston St.<\/p>\n<p>The Hudson Square commercial district is thriving with restaurants.
