New documents in a lawsuit against Priscilla Presley\u2019s son include claims that Elvis Presley\u2019s granddaughter Riley Keough is the biological parent of John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston\u2019s youngest child,<\/a> Benjamin.<\/p>\n

Priscilla Presley\u2019s former business partner Brigitte Kruse<\/a> and associate Kevin Fialko<\/a> filed an amended complaint against Navarone Garcia in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday. Included in the allegations are claims that the \u201cDaisy Jones & the Six<\/a>\u201d actor, daughter of the late Lisa Marie Presley, gave her eggs to Travolta and Preston in exchange for \u201can old Jaguar\u201d and \u201cbetween $10,000 – $20,000.\u201d <\/p>\n

According to the complaint, \u201cthe entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs\u201d immediately after Lisa Marie Presley\u2019s death<\/a> in 2023. Among those who allegedly approached Kruse was Lisa Marie\u2019s ex-husband Michael Lockwood<\/a>, with whom she shared twin daughters Harper and Finley Lockwood. Kruse and Fialko were allegedly tasked with acting as negotiators and mediators amid the \u201cfamily chaos.\u201d <\/p>\n

The document details how Lockwood said Travolta and Preston had \u201cpreviously used Lisa Marie\u2019s eggs to get pregnant\u201d because Preston \u201chad been unable to bear her own children.\u201d It was unclear whether Presley\u2019s eggs produced a child. Preston died<\/a> in 2020 at age 57 after a two-year battle with breast cancer. <\/p>\n

Lockwood also allegedly said the couple had approached the Presley family again \u201cin or around 2010\u201d but Travolta \u201cno longer wanted to use Lisa Marie\u2019s eggs because they did not want \u2018eggs with heroin\u2019 on them.\u201d According to the filing, a deal was \u201corchestrated\u201d in which \u201cRiley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta\u201d and \u201cRiley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal.\u201d <\/p>\n

Included in the filing is an image of a handwritten note that features the words \u201cKelly Preston carried baby,\u201d \u201cmedical bills paid\u201d and \u201cold Jaguar 1990s-ish,\u201d as well as a screenshot of messages presumably exchanged with Priscilla Presley that describe Ben Travolta as her \u201cbeautiful great-grandson.\u201d <\/p>\n

Lockwood further allegedly claimed that \u201cthe entire arrangement required a \u2018sign off\u2019 from the Church of Scientology, which heavily involved Priscilla\u2019s oversight.\u201d According to the document, Lockwood \u201cdemanded\u201d the information be used \u201cto orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters,\u201d whom he said were \u201cfinancially destitute.\u201d <\/p>\n

Kruse and Fialko\u2019s amended complaint against Garcia alleges that he \u201cthrew a tantrum, demanding [they] keep Riley\u2019s and Travolta\u2019s son out of the press, since Priscilla [had] promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the \u2018king.\u2019\u201d The document also claims \u201cPriscilla\u2019s love for Navarone was, and always has been, incestuous.\u201d <\/p>\n

The filing is the latest in the legal feud<\/a> involving Presley and her former business partner. Presley previously filed a lawsuit against Kruse and her associates alleging fraud and elder abuse. Kruse and Fialko, meanwhile, are suing Presley for fraud and breach of contract. <\/p>\n

\u201cAfter losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley\u2019s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,\u201d Presley\u2019s attorneys Singer and Wayne Harman said in a statement to TMZ<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cIn a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley\u2019s son, cousin, and assistant,\u201d the statement continued. \u201cThese recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.\u201d <\/p>\n
