She was arrested just before 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">According to court records, children in Williams\u2019 care were found \u201cliving in unsafe conditions surrounded by dog feces and no electricity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Documents also state that Williams denied providing food to at least one infant child and failed to deliver that child to an emergency infant care provider when the child was in danger.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 kDvXdO font_openSans articleList\">\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\"\/><\/ul>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Williams\u2019 home address is listed as an apartment in the 16700 block of Ella Boulevard in north Houston, just off I-45. It is unclear whether this apartment is where the children were found.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">According to financial statements tied to the arrest, Williams was unemployed at the time of the incident. However, she listed her last job as an organization that, based on internet searches, appears to be a PLLC for a nurse practitioner group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">KPRC 2 contacted the phone number associated with the company and requested information regarding Williams\u2019 possible previous employment.
