And is NYC part of this bidding war market? <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"2MAOTFE63ND53JUWFLOHRWWMJA\">According to a report from <a href=\"https:\/\/streeteasy.com\/blog\/nyc-sees-strongest-start-to-fall-market-since-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">StreetEasy<\/a>, buyers in the five boroughs are willing to pay over asking to beat the competition.
