It\u2019s new construction (finished in 2023) with a history: The 6.5-million-square-foot Hudson Square Portfolio is made up of 13 buildings, including 555 Greenwich, and sits on land<a href=\"https:\/\/trinitychurchnyc.org\/stories-news\/gift-land#:~:text=Today%2C%20Trinity%20Church\u2019s%20real%20estate%20portfolio%20includes:,as%20global%20leaders%20Adidas%2C%20Google%2C%20and%20Squarespace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> originally bestowed to New York City\u2019s Trinity Church <\/a>in 1705 by Queen Anne of Great Britain. The area was later home to the city\u2019s printing industry. The original Chez Ma Tante,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grubstreet.com\/2017\/04\/chez-ma-tante-opens-in-greenpoint.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> open <\/a>since 2017,<a href=\"https:\/\/ny.eater.com\/2024\/1\/16\/24035516\/chez-ma-tante-temporarily-closing-foreseeable-future\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> closed i<\/a>n January 2024 for structural repairs to the Greenpoint building and reopened in<a href=\"https:\/\/ny.eater.com\/2024\/7\/3\/24189881\/chez-ma-tante-reopening-repairs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> July 2024<\/a>.
