Seguin Ave. in downtown New Braunfels, Lark Hospitality is also showcasing a new dining experience\u2014Wilhelm &amp; Werner\u2014ahead of the hotel\u2019s official spring opening.<\/p>\n<p>The boutique hotel closed for renovations in November 2023, as previously reported by Community Impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wilhelm &amp; Werner, a Texas Brasserie with European influences, will operate as a dining space and bar with the ability to seat 130 patrons. The restaurant is located in the Stone Oak area at 1011 N.
