{"id":467097,"date":"2025-12-23T17:58:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T17:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/467097\/"},"modified":"2025-12-23T17:58:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T17:58:11","slug":"natural-pilates-is-coming-to-upper-west-side-flatiron-in-nyc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/467097\/","title":{"rendered":"Natural Pilates Is Coming to Upper West Side, Flatiron in NYC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>                        The Los Angeles\u2013based Pilates brand will soon have four studios in New York City, with upcoming locations adding to its presence in SoHo and the Upper East Side <\/p>\n<p>Natural Pilates, the West Coast\u2013born boutique fitness brand known for its contemporary, athletic approach to classical Pilates, is accelerating its New York City expansion with plans to open two additional studios in early 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The growth comes as the brand\u2019s Upper East Side location officially opens, marking another step in <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalpilates.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Natural Pilates<\/a>\u2019 broader national expansion strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The first of the two upcoming studios will open on the Upper West Side in January 2026, bringing the brand\u2019s precise, form-focused programming to a neighborhood with strong demand for Pilates. A second location is scheduled to open in the Flatiron District in February or March 2026, placing Natural Pilates in <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/rumble-co-founders-launch-the-pack-boutique-fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">one of Manhattan\u2019s most competitive fitness corridors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI immigrated to the United States from Romania in 2002 with just $100 to my name,\u201d Natural Pilates founder Laura Wilson told Athletech News of her journey in starting the brand. \u201cI started out cleaning houses and hotel rooms before enrolling in a massage therapy program, which led me to a job in a physical therapy office where I discovered Pilates. I opened my first studio in Beverly Hills in 2005 and built it one client at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"630\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img-1.webp.webp\" alt=\"headshot of Natural Pilates founder Laura Wilson\" class=\"wp-image-117153\" style=\"width:303px;height:auto\"  \/>Laura Wilson (credit: Natural Pilates)<\/p>\n<p>The new openings follow the Natural Pilates\u2019 recent launch in Miami and build on its established footprint in Los Angeles, where it operates four studios. With the addition of the Upper West Side and Flatiron locations, the company will operate four studios across New York City, including its Upper East Side and SoHo locations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNew York continues to be one of our strongest markets, and we\u2019re thrilled to deepen our presence with two new studios,\u201d Wilson said. \u201cOur approach has always been about accessible athleticism, classes that are challenging yet supportive, and rooted in precise technique.
