This includes having solid <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eatthis.com\/15-minute-bodyweight-workout-home\/\" target=\"_blank\">stamina<\/a>, postural control, and breath support without feeling like you\u2019re about to collapse. In order to see where you stand, Melody created a <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eatthis.com\/core-exercises-no-crunches\/\" target=\"_blank\">core strength combo<\/a> that may humble you.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe core never works alone in real life,\u201d Melody explains. \u201cIt stabilizes while you move through space, twist, breathe, shift your weight. Combo moves challenge all of that at once. <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eatthis.com\/how-many-sit-ups-to-do-in-60-seconds\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sit-ups<\/a> don\u2019t.
