{"id":468489,"date":"2025-12-24T08:11:16","date_gmt":"2025-12-24T08:11:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/468489\/"},"modified":"2025-12-24T08:11:16","modified_gmt":"2025-12-24T08:11:16","slug":"phoenix-police-investigating-death-ruled-as-homicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/468489\/","title":{"rendered":"Phoenix police investigating death ruled as homicide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">PHOENIX \u2014 Phoenix police are investigating the death of a 36-year-old man that has been ruled a homicide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">Officers responded to a report of an injured person near <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/dKrKdxuWxPyhdApi7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">46th Street and Shea Boulevard<\/a> around 8:15 a.m. Monday. When they arrived, they found 36-year-old Zachary Hostetler, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">The case was turned over to Phoenix police homicide detectives. Following a postmortem examination, the Office of the Medical Examiner ruled Hostetler\u2019s death a homicide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">No suspect information has been released, and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish.
