PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 Police are looking into how a man was killed outside of a supermarket in north Phoenix earlier this week.<\/p>\n

Officers responded to the Fry\u2019s store at Tatum and Shea boulevards<\/a>, near Paradise Valley, on Monday around 8:15 a.m. for a call of a person who was injured. <\/p>\n

When officers arrived, they found a man who was then pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified by police as 36-year-old Zachary Hostetler. <\/p>\n

Detectives responded to the scene to investigate Hostetler\u2019s death. On Tuesday, the medical examiner\u2019s office ruled this case as a homicide.<\/p>\n

No details were available on how Hostetler was killed. This remains an active investigation. <\/p>\n
