Menu highlights include Cajun potato and Southern greens soup, cornmeal crusted Texas redfish, smoked pimento cheese hushpuppies, and Louisiana cane syrup cake. Dinner is $135 with an optional wine pairing for $40. Tickets are $99 for the package, or $10 for just the concert, which begins at 9:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.opentable.com\/r\/the-seeker-stephenville?ref=1068\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The Seeker<br \/><\/strong><\/a>Head west for a special three-course New Year\u2019s Eve dinner at Stephan Pyles\u2019 new Stephenville concept inside the Interstate Inn. Menu highlights include celery root brown butter soup; 44 Farms prime beef filet and crab Oscar; and fig cr\u00e8me brulee. Prices range from $65 to $95 depending on entr\u00e9e choice. Seating times start at 5 pm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.silverfoxcafe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Silver Fox<\/strong><br \/><\/a>Guests at the TCU-area steakhouse can dine from its regular menu from 5 to 10 pm (reservations recommended). For those who want to take the party home, holiday tenderloin to-go packs and desserts are can be ordered to-go. The to-go pack serves three to four people and comes with tenderloin plus red wine shallot reduction, whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas, and off-the-cob cream corn ($265). Add a chocolate ganache cake or Texas pecan cake to-go ($52), or a Silver Fox New York cheesecake ($60).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplyfonduefortworth.com\/Events\/new-year-s-eve\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Simply Fondue<br \/><\/strong><\/a>The Sundance Square underground destination for fondue and martinis will feature a prix-fixe menu of four courses. Couples will choose a shared appetizer, individual salad, shared fondue, individual entr\u00e9e, and shared chocolate fondue dessert. The $99 price per couple includes a champagne toast and $20 gift card for a future visit.
