OnePlus might be best known for its phones, but you shouldn\u2019t ignore what the company is doing in the tablet space. The mid-range Pad 3<\/a> made a splash when it arrived earlier this year, but now OnePlus is targeting buyers on a stricter budget.<\/p>\n

Its new Pad Go 2 is available to buy now from OnePlus<\/a> in the UK (a US launch is unlikely). It has an RRP of \u00a3319 but you can buy it from \u00a3269 at the time of writing. An impressive tablet in its own right<\/p>\n

Arguably, the most exciting is 5G support \u2013 this is the first time the technology has ever been available in a OnePlus tablet. However, it\u2019s worth noting that you\u2019ll have to double the storage to 256GB and pay \u00a3349 in the process.<\/p>\n

The device also boasts a 12.1-inch, 2.8K display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. On paper, that\u2019s quite the upgrade from the 11.3-inch, 2.4K, 90Hz one found on its predecessor \u2013 2024\u2019s original Pad Go.<\/p>\n

Of course, you can interact with the display using your fingers, but also via the optional dedicated OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo pen that\u2019s launched alongside it.<\/p>\n

Another exciting improvement is the boosted battery, which now offers a 10,050mAh capacity. Battery life on the Pad Go was already solid, and it\u2019s now even better. It\u2019s supported by just 33W charging, though, so getting from 0-100% still takes a while.<\/p>\n

The device boasts the same OxygenOS software as the OnePlus Pad 3, including a full suite of AI functionality. There are even exclusive features such as a maths equation solver within the Notes app.<\/p>\n

Altogether, it\u2019s a compelling alternative to the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+<\/a> and Xiaomi Pad 7<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A new budget smartwatch option<\/p>\n

Priced at just \u00a3179\/\u20ac179 but currently available from OnePlus<\/a> for \u00a3159 (again, with a US launch unlikely), it\u2019s a much more affordable entry point into the world of wearables.<\/p>\n

The device features a stainless steel case with an ultra-shallow depth of just 8.9mm. The watch itself weighs only 35g, although it\u2019ll be significantly more once you add a strap. It\u2019s also home to a 1.46-inch AMOLED display, which OnePlus says boasts a peak brightness of 3000 nits.<\/p>\n

Crucially, the OnePlus Watch Lite has the exact same set of sensors as the Watch 3, including the ability to take ECGs. Unlike most smartwatches, the full range of features is available to both iPhone and Android phone users \u2013 you can even pair with two devices at the same time.<\/p>\n

OnePlus claims that the Watch Lite offers up to 10 days of battery life, although this is partly down to the lack of Google\u2019s Wear OS software. Instead, it runs OnePlus\u2019 more basic RTOS system.<\/p>\n

It\u2019ll face strong competition from OnePlus\u2019 own Watch 2R<\/a>, which was \u00a3249 at launch but is often discounted.<\/p>\n
