The Moeur House, located near Seventh Street and Myrtle Avenue<\/a>, is named after Benjamin Mouer, a physician who served two terms as an Arizona governor from 1933-37 and had lived in the house until 1937. The house was converted into offices for Tempe Community Council in 1993.<\/p>\n Hatton Hall was added to the site in 1993. The hall was named after Patricia A.
