Benjamin B. Moeur House and Hatton Hall in 2026<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0according to a Monday announcement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Moeur House is such a magical setting,\u201d Bunnag and Robinson said in the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will be so fun and fulfilling to have this opportunity to create a special place for our community to come and enjoy, share special moments, celebrate, escape, relax and unwind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More details on the new restaurant have yet to be revealed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe all loved the warm, authentic experience of sitting on the shaded, scenic patio of House of Tricks. I\u2019m excited to see that feeling return to downtown\u00a0Tempe, thanks to Cat, Dan\u00a0and their new\u00a0restaurant,\u201d Tempe Mayor Corey Woods said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve eaten at Glai Baan many times \u2013 the food is amazing. This\u00a0restaurant\u00a0will become a favorite for both foodies and locals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More details on historic Tempe site<\/p>\n<p>The Moeur House, located near <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/34+E+7th+St,+Tempe,+AZ+85281\/@33.4234971,-111.9409487,941m\/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x872b08d9b3a203f7:0xde087dd5bb1a5bcf!8m2!3d33.4234971!4d-111.9383738!16s%2Fg%2F11b8v78s_h?hl=en&amp;entry=ttu&amp;g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDYzMC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seventh Street and Myrtle Avenue<\/a>, is named after Benjamin Mouer, a physician who served two terms as an Arizona governor from 1933-37 and had lived in the house until 1937. The house was converted into offices for Tempe Community Council in 1993.<\/p>\n<p>Hatton Hall was added to the site in 1993. The hall was named after Patricia A.
