Work will include rehabbing the entirety of the four-story structure, though it will not directly connect to the second building next door. Overall, the building will contain 52 residential units, consisting of 34 studios and 18 one-bedroom layouts. Of the total units, 11 will be designated as affordable. The development team has now received full approval for both phases of the project, bringing a total of 110 units to the area.
