SAN ANTONIO \u2014 \u00a0Book lovers may soon have another reason to linger around the Huebner Oaks shopping area.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A state filing shows Barnes & Noble is planning a new store at 11745 Interstate Highway 10 West, Suite 750, which is a busy retail hub that\u2019s seen a wave of new additions recently, including the new Trader Joe\u2019s.<\/p>\n
The project, listed as “Kite Huebner Oaks Barnes and Noble,” will be a 20,419-square-foot store with an an estimated cost of $350,000. Construction is expected to begin March 1, 2026, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2026, according to the filing.<\/p>\n
KRG San Antonio Huebner Oaks is listed as the property owner. Design work is being handled by CASCO Diversified Corporation, based in St. Louis.
