Construction is expected to begin March 1, 2026, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2026, according to the filing.<\/p>\n<p>KRG San Antonio Huebner Oaks is listed as the property owner. Design work is being handled by CASCO Diversified Corporation, based in St. Louis.
