Our current work includes residential, interiors, commercial projects and furniture design.<\/p>\n<p>Working with our team in NYC, the applicant would be responsible for taking a leadership role on multiple projects. This would include, but not be limited to, managing day-to-day assignments, working closely with the Principal and assigned staff, developing drawings, and communicating with consultants and contractors on a daily basis to ensure coordination on projects. The right candidate will have strong design skills and experience across all phases of a project.<\/p>\n<p>Candidate should meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Arch or M.Arch from accredited institution<\/li>\n<li>4-7 years relevant experience in an architecture or design office<\/li>\n<li>CA experience is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino + Rendering software. Experience in Enscape is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction standards and codes, materials, and building systems is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, able to work independently and with team members.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Approach every design and research project with creativity and inquisitiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a full-time position in-office at our New York studio in Soho, and starts January 2026. Must be able to work in the US.
