When I weighed 100 kgs, Domino\u2019s was my comfort food. But after losing 40 kgs and reversing my PCOS, I decided to create a <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/topic\/pizza\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"pizza\" rel=\"noopener\">pizza <\/a>that I could eat every day without the guilt. You can also prep the batter in advance and make it any time under 15 minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>   IngredientsFor base:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup soaked yellow moong dal<\/li>\n<li>2 green chillies<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 cup chopped spinach (Optional)<\/li>\n<li>Seasoning &#8211; 1 tsp Kalaunji seeds, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp mixed herbs, \u00bd tsp pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For toppings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90g low fat paneer<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cube cheese<\/li>\n<li>Any veggies of choice<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp pizza sauce (preferably homemade)<\/li>\n<li>Basil leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grind soaked moong dal with chillies, garlic, salt and a little water to form a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to dosa batter.<\/li>\n<li>Add finely chopped spinach and seasonings to the batter and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it slightly thicker than a regular cheela.<\/li>\n<li>Once the cheela is partially cooked, evenly sprinkle low-fat crumbled paneer over the top.<\/li>\n<li>Gently press the paneer into the uncooked side using a spatula so it adheres well.<\/li>\n<li>Flip and cook for three to four minutes, until the paneer side turns golden.<\/li>\n<li>Spread pizza sauce over the cooked cheela, then top with vegetables, fresh basil and cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and cook on a low flame for eight to 10 minutes, until the vegetables soften and the cheese melts.<\/li>\n<li>Slice and serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note to readers: This article is for informational purposes only.
