{"id":480868,"date":"2025-12-30T21:06:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T21:06:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/480868\/"},"modified":"2025-12-30T21:06:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T21:06:13","slug":"two-women-charged-in-violent-east-end-assault-that-sent-victim-to-hospital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/480868\/","title":{"rendered":"Two women charged in violent east-end assault that sent victim to hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Both suspects face one count of aggravated assault, and are due back in court in March<\/p>\n<p>Two women are facing aggravated assault charges after a violent altercation last night in the east end.<\/p>\n<p>At around 6:40 p.m., someone phoned 911 to report an altercation at a multi-unit residence building in the 100 block of Cambridge Place.<\/p>\n<p>Police say a person was repeatedly punched and kicked by two women known to them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe victim sustained serious physical injuries and was transported to hospital,\u201d says a news release from the Sault Ste.
