Many of the WNBPA leaders will be participating in Unrivaled this winter, \u201cmaking its campus in Miami a new focal point as negotiations continue.\u201d Breeze G Paige Bueckers said having \u201ca lot of very strong women\u201d in one area is \u201creally important.\u201d She added they \u201cwant to take full advantage of that\u201d and \u201ccontinue to stand firm on what we believe we deserve and have earned.\u201d WNBA CBA negotiations remain ongoing, and having that much star power in one place at one time is \u201cbeneficial\u201d to the WNBA\u2019s player union. Unrivaled co-founder and Lunar Owls F Napheesa Collier said, \u201cIt\u2019s so much easier to talk to someone in person right here than to send off a text or try to connect over Zoom.\u201d The current WNBA CBA expired Oct. 31 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Articles\/2025\/11\/30\/wnba-and-union-near-sunday-night-extension-deadline-without-cba-resolution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Articles\/2025\/11\/30\/wnba-and-union-near-sunday-night-extension-deadline-without-cba-resolution\/\">extended the deadline again through Jan. 9<\/a>.
