Police say Johnson lives at the 1182 Ogden Ave. apartment building where the attack took place.<\/p>\n<p>The NYPD responded to a 911 call for an assault in progress just after 10 p.m. Officers found Thompson unconscious and unresponsive with stab wounds to her face and abdomen.<\/p>\n<p>Police say EMS took Thompson to NYC Health and Hospitals\/Lincoln, where she was pronounced dead. She leaves behind a son.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors say Ceesay faces additional charges including manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
