(Courtesy Swig)<strong>Coming soon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kinder Haus Pediatrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The pediatrician\u2019s office will be opening a third location, offering immunizations for children, treatments for minor injuries and physicals for sports and camps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overtime Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Previously known as Extreme Cheer, the soccer training center\u2014owned by Devin Vega\u2014will offer personalized skill training for soccer players to improve their game.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restaurant Depot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The retailer, which sells bulk supplies to restaurants, is opening a second warehouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expansions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Victory One Sports Center<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Universal City\u2019s South Texas Volleyball Academy broke ground on a new 76,000-square foot training facility earlier this year. The center will have approximately 60,000 square feet of court space for volleyball, basketball and pickleball. There will also be a 16,000-square-foot strength and conditioning center along with two retail spaces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the news<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>H-E-B Fishing Pond<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>New solar powered benches were installed at this pond, part of a Cibolo Partnered Trailways Project that aims to add amenities to the H-E-B trail and pond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Epiphany Dermatology<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The dermatologist changed its name fromDermatology Associates of San Antonio to Epiphany Dermatology Dec. 3 after partnering with the Austin-based company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>State Farm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The insurance company\u2019s Schertz location\u2014led by Nate Obregon\u2014celebrated its 5-year anniversary in November. State Farm offers car, homeowners and life insurance policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Semmes Branch Library<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This branch of San Antonio\u2019s library system celebrated its 20th anniversary on Dec. 13. Semmes Branch Library opened in 2005 and is named after Julia Yates Semmes, a woman who experienced vision loss and learned to live independently with her disability, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Closings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hollywood and Vine Dance Studio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The dance studio\u2014owned by Chrissy Linnea\u2014offered a variety of children\u2019s dance classes and lessons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Youz Guyz Cheesteaks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Philadelphia-inspired restaurant closed due to the owners\u2019 retirement.
